This psychoeducational presentation, led by Jessie Rayl, Ed.D., will help participants increase their physical, mental and spiritual awareness by mindfulness training. Participants will learn the art of meditation, connecting with their present, and replacing unhelpful thoughts with helpful thoughts. Evidenced research demonstrates that meditation and mindfulness improves ability to focus, decreases depression, anxiety and may prevent or improve stress responses. It is a win-win for everyone.
